Our Clinic

Founded in 2020, Clinique IUVO offers speech-language pathology and neuropsychology services to a diverse clientele. Located in LaSalle, Montreal, its growing team of speech-language pathologists and neuropsychologists provide quality services to the surrounding communities.


The clinic's mission is to provide each person with personalized care, tailored to their specific needs. Clinique IUVO favors close collaboration between its caregivers and its clientele to achieve goals that support their personal growth.

Our Services

Speech-Language Pathology is a profession specializing in communication, language, speech, learning, voice and swallowing disorders. It enables us to assess and better understand communication difficulties, so that we can offer personalized interventions tailored to the needs of each individual.

Neuropsychology is a specialty that explores the relationship between brain function and behavior, emotions and cognitive abilities such as memory, attention and reasoning. It enables us to assess and better understand cognitive difficulties in order to propose appropriate intervention strategies.

Our Team

  • Stefania Corneli, M.Sc.S., S-LP(C) - Director of Clinique IUVO and Speech-Language Pathologist

    A speech-language pathologist since 2016 and founder of Clinique IUVO, Stefania specializes in stuttering, dyslexia/dysorthography, speech disorders and myofunctional orofacial disorders. She runs the clinic and works with a multidisciplinary team to meet her clients' needs. Passionate about a humane and collaborative approach, she is fully committed to the well-being of her patients.

    Stefania is a member in good standing of the Ordre des Orthophonistes et Audiologistes du Québec (OOAQ) and a certified member with the national group Speech-Language & Audiology Canada (SAC).

  • Valérie Giguère, M.P.O., S-LP(C) - Director of Special Projects and Speech-Language Pathologist

    A speech-language pathologist since 2018, Valérie specializes in learning disabilities, voice, stuttering and orofacial myofunctional disorders. She is certified by Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Canada (SAC) and has collaborated with Parkinson Québec. Involved in promoting her profession, she has served on the board of directors of the AQOA (2018-2024). She offers personalized therapy, based on listening and respect for an individual’s needs.

    Valérie is a member in good standing of the Ordre des Orthophonistes et Audiologistes du Québec (OOAQ) and a certified member with the national group Speech-Language & Audiology Canada (OAC).

  • Gabrielle Desaulniers, M.Sc.S. - Speech-Language Pathologist

    A speech-language pathologist since 2016, Gabrielle supports children in their language development, both oral and written. She creates a motivating environment adapted to each child to foster effective communication. She values listening, rigor and respect for individual needs in her therapeutic approach.

    Gabrielle is a member in good standing of the Ordre des Orthophonistes et Audiologistes du Québec (OOAQ).

  • Dr. Shirine Chemloul - Psychologist and Neuropsychologist

    Psychologist and neuropsychologist, Dr. Shirine Chemloul specializes in neuropsychological assessment, with expertise in ADHD, learning disabilities and intellectual disabilities. She also offers psychodynamic psychotherapy, working on conflicts linked to past experiences. She accompanies adults on their therapeutic journey.

    Dr. Chemloul is a member in good standing of the Ordre des Psychologues du Québec (OPQ) and the Association Québécoise des Neuropsychologues (AQNP). She issues tax and insurance receipts.

  • Sara-Eve Renaud, M.P.O. - Speech-Language Pathologist

    A speech-language pathologist with a diploma from the Université de Montréal, Sara-Eve specializes in oromotor disorders and works at Clinique IUVO and CHUM. She is currently training to work with allophone and multilingual children and adults. She adopts a rigorous and humane approach in her assessments and interventions.

    Sara-Eve is a member in good standing of the Ordre des Orthophonistes et Audiologistes du Quebec (OOAQ).

  • Corinne Toupin, M.Sc.A., S-LP(C) - Speech-Language Pathologist

    A speech-language pathologist who graduated from McGill in 2011, Corinne works at Clinique IUVO and in schools. She specializes in oral and written language disorders, speech-sound disorders and social communication. She values parental involvement and a collaborative approach to supporting the language development of children, particularly those from multilingual backgrounds.

    Corinne is a member in good standing of the Ordre des Orthophonistes et Audiologistes du Quebec (OOAQ) and a certified member with the national group Speech-Language & Audiology Canada (SAC).

  • Alissa Azzimmaturo, MPEd, M.Sc.S., S-LP(C) - Speech-Language Pathologist

    A speech-language pathologist who graduated from the University of Ottawa in 2017, Alissa specializes in oral language, dysphagia, speech disorders and alternative communication. Trained by the Hanen Centre, she accompanies parents of children with language difficulties. Passionate about working with neurodiverse children, she continues to develop her expertise in working with the autistic population.

    Alissa is a member in good standing of the Ordre des Orthophonistes et Audiologistes du Quebec (OOAQ), the College of Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists of Ontario (CASLPO), and Speech-Language & Audiology Canada (SAC).

  • Alexia Peloso, M.P.O - Speech-Language Pathologist

    A speech-language pathologist graduated from the Université de Montréal, Alexia specializes in written language development and orofacial myofunctional disorders. She creates a strong therapeutic bond with her clients to improve their communication. Alexia is also involved in volunteer initiatives with the AQOA to promote the profession and raise public awareness of communication issues.

    Alexia is a member in good standing of the Ordre des Orthophonistes et Audiologistes du Québec (OOAQ).

  • Solange Lambert - Administrative Assistant

    Solange has been administrative assistant at IUVO since 2024. Warm and efficient, she is your first point of contact: she takes your calls, answers your questions and informs you about our services. With a solid background in administrative support, she ensures a professional and attentive welcome at every interaction.
